Privacy Policy

Trueplane for iPhone · Last updated: 5 August 2026

Trueplane collects no data whatsoever. This is not a policy choice that could quietly change — the app contains no networking code at all. It cannot send anything anywhere.

What the app stores

All of it is stored only on your device, inside the app's own storage area. None of it is transmitted, and the developer has no access to it. Deleting the app removes it all.

What the app does not do

Sensors

The app reads the accelerometer and gyroscope to determine the direction of gravity. This happens live, on the device, and is used solely to display the measurement. Sensor data is never stored or transmitted.

Sharing that you initiate

If you export your measurement history as CSV, the file is created on your device and handed to whichever app you choose through the standard iOS share sheet. What happens to it afterwards is governed by that app, not by Trueplane.

Purchases

Trueplane is sold through the App Store. Payment is handled entirely by Apple; the developer receives no payment details and no personal data about buyers.

Children

The app is suitable for all ages and collects no data from anyone, including children.

Your rights

Since no personal data is collected or processed, there is nothing to request access to, correct or delete. If you have questions, write to support@mfiserv.ch.

Changes to this policy

Should a future version ever process data, this page will be updated before that version is released. The date above always reflects the current revision.
